May 2022 is a time of change for Woods Valldata. If you work with us already you'll be aware of some of the changes. If not, we're really excited to announce a bit of a shake up in our client partnership team.
Congratulations to Laura Illsley promoted to Head of Client Services. Laura has responsibility for leading and developing our account management team to deliver exceptional levels of service for our clients. Having been at Woods Valldata for 13 years, Laura has in-depth knowledge of client requirements and our operational offering, as well as having many years’ experience in working with our charity partners to deliver growth through fundraising strategy.
Matt Jones - Account Director
Congratulations also to Matt who has been promoted to Account Director. Matt has been with Woods Valldata since 2011 where he started as a call centre operative and quickly worked his way up to become a contact centre manager, and after 2.5years, promoted again into the account management team. His 10 years of experience across Supporter Services, Call Centre and Account Management has given him a breadth of knowledge and understanding to what is important for a great supporter experience whilst building strong client relations. Working closely with his clients, Matt has been integral to delivering successful campaigns with tight deadlines and to budget.
Welcome Jane Fairbank who has recently joined us as an Account Director. Jane has over 20 years’ experience as a Sales Manager, Account Director & Business Development Manager in Retail Marketing and Creative POS / Print production for leading brands and retailers in the FMCG sector, including Coca-Cola, Waitrose, Mars, United Biscuits and many more. Jane is new to the charity sector but is very much looking forward to working with clients and the WV team to support charities in their fundraising initiatives.
Emma continues to work as Account Director at Woods Valldata supporting our charity partners. Emma has over 10 years of third-sector specialism having worked across charity fundraising, marketing, PR and communications. She has worked charity- and agency-side and shares a first-hand understanding of what makes a great supporter journey and the importance of collaboration and communication between charities and suppliers. More recently concentrating on charity prize-led fundraising, payment processing, response handling and fulfilment services, Emma is focussed on supporting charity clients to maximise income by ensuring excellent service delivery, a partnership-led approach, and proactive account development.
And further congratulations to...
Liam Orchard, Sophie Houghton, Natalie Shoebridge and Claire Chittenden who have all been promoted to Senior Account Manager and Indya Grand, Naomi Kay and Naomi Fitzsimons who have been promoted to Senior Account Executive. These promotions recognise their hard work and increased experience in ensuring the work we do for our charity partners goes smoothly - taking the hassle out of raffle, weekly lottery, response handling and fulfilment.
