In 2023 we made some changes to our account management structure enabling a more effective service for you. Our Campaign Management team have a very specialist focus on the wide variety and complexities of campaign briefing and response handling and the Account Management team is all about maintaining excellent service delivery and proactive collaboration with a focus on building and growing our relationships.
We’re now ready to announce the next step in our structure, which enhances our partnership approach and service delivery for our client partners and ensures a long-term focus on product and innovation. Both of which ensures Woods Valldata remains relevant to the fundraising services needs of charities today and the future. As such, we’re pleased to share the following team developments.
Gaby Cox - Head of New Business and Product Development
Congratulations to Gaby, who has been appointed Head of New Business & Product Development. Gaby has been a driving force in the sector since 2014 and brings a wealth of experience into this role. Gaby will be researching the sector to ensure we’re delivering relevant and sector-driven innovation. Alongside this, Gaby will be working to secure new partnerships and further our growth in the sector.
Emma Andrews - Head of Account Management
Congratulations to Emma, who has been promoted to Head of Account Management. Emma has responsibility for leading and developing our Account Management team to build long-term partnerships with our charity partners with a clear focus on delivering service excellence as well as proactively driving opportunities for collaboration. Having been at Woods Valldata for the last decade, Emma is a third sector specialist, with in-depth knowledge of our fundraising services, as well as having many years’ experience managing our charity partnerships to deliver long-term mutual value.
